Very timely post. A nice thoughtful touch to a difficult process. I will be sending a link to this post to my daughter and future son-in-law as they have just last week been thinking about making a change. It would mean leaving their friends, families and jobs to move about 4 hours away for what would be a great opportunity for each of them in their respective fields.
